How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is $8 per box.  Canada shipping is $15 per box.  Is free shipping an option?  Not at this time, no.

 

COUNTRIES

What countries does CosBox ship to?

Currently we only ship to the US and Canada.  Will CosBox offer shipping to other countries in the future?  We are currently looking into options for shipping outside the country. We want to ensure the best  rates possible to keep our costs down for our friends across the pond!

 

TRACKING

Is tracking offered on packages?

CosBox provides customers with tracking numbers for all orders. Once you receive your tracking  number we strongly advise you to stay updated as often as possible. Often times, the carrier  attempts delivery and no one is present so item(s) end up getting sent back to our warehouse. We  want you to receive your packages and would hate for you to miss it so please, check the tracking  information provided *very often* so you can know when to expect your package, and so you can  make arrangements to receive it.

 

Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

Tracking numbers are sent via email within 48 hours of your CosBox ship date. Your tracking  number will be sent to you by email from CosBoxShipping@gmail.com. All tracking information  is also available within your customer account.

 

Why does my tracking show delivered when I haven't received my CosBox yet?

We have seen instances where the mail carrier marks the package as delivered, and yet shows up at  the intended address at a later time and date or is available for pickup at the post office. Please  contact your local post office with your tracking information and see if they can assist you in  tracking down your shipment.

My tracking information isn't working. What should I do?

 

For US Subscribers:  Be sure to refer to your tracking email for instructions on how and where to track your package. If  you are able to locate the correct tracking site for your crate, please allow up to 48 hours from the  receipt of your tracking email for the tracking information to populate and show the most accurate  location of your shipment.  For International Subscribers:  Be sure to refer to your tracking email for instructions on how and where to track your package.  Please keep in mind, due to potential customs delays, it might take longer and we request that you  allow until the end of the month for your crate's arrival.

 

DELIVERY

When does my CosBox ship?

 Your Cosbox will ship around the 22nd to 25th of each month.

 

How long does it take to receive my CosBox?

From 3 days to 1 week for USA residents, for Canada, your package may be delayed through customs.  If you see that your box was marked as 'Delivered' please contact the provider IMMEDIATELY.  Also be sure to check the surrounding areas because the mailman may have left it near your  entrance or somewhere safe and concealed.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

I ordered multiple CosBoxes, will I receive them together?

If your order includes more than one box, your order may ship separately and you may receive  them at different times.  However, we do strive to ship boxes together as often as we can manage barring the CosBoxes can  fit into one package.  At this time, our system can only generate one tracking number so if your shipment is incomplete  the rest of your order is still on its way.

 

Changing my address.

You should be able to update your address through your account. However, if you have a problem with this, please contact us at cosboxshipping@gmail.com
