TLDR:
If you don't get your box, send us an email via the contact form! We'll investigate.
Refunds will not be made after the box contents are finalized.
If you want to cancel your sub, do it before the 3rd of the month.
If something breaks, tell us! We'll do our best to fix it!
Missing or damaged items will be replaced at our discretion.
LOST BOX
If you have not already contacted our support team for a replacement, please let us know as soon as possible if you are missing your crate. We would be happy to investigate and further assist. Please make sure your shipping address is updated via your user account to ensure future shipments will be shipped correctly.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team and we'd be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent. Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification and allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed by the support agent. Once it is processed, you will receive an email with new tracking information.

CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS
We process orders one month in advance, the first week of every month, so cancellations must be made prior to that. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we offer no guarantees. Please contact us at CosBoxShipping@gmail.com if you have any questions!
Please note : It may take up to 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our home base. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
